After finishing my University Business degree, and loving everything marketing, events and management related, I dived into various sales and marketing roles in the corporate world, as well as network marketing. After working in several
multi-million dollar global businesses as a Marketing Manager for 10 years, I took a break to have my first child, and started my own event and party styling business, and also had a second side hustle selling children’s activity packs and clothing.

It was here that I found my love for small business, and found the family life and work balance I had been craving after so many stressful working years. Leaving the hustle and bustle of the corporate world was the best decision I ever made, as I learnt to grow my own businesses from the ground up. I truly found a passion and motivation for what I do, and became more and more creative as my family grew. I also learnt a lot about the pit falls and challenges of running a small business, and how hard it is to do it on your own, learning on the run.

Now a mother to three beautiful boys, I more than ever think that people who run their own small business are a special breed. We understand the need for balance in life, and continue to push through with the passion that drives us.
